What You’ll Do:

• Lead and provide advanced neonatal care within a 35-bed Level III NICU
• Manage high-acuity neonatal patients, supporting approximately 370-400 admissions annually
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists and family medicine residency programs
• Deliver neonatal interventions such as high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia
• Support well-baby rounding and participate in clinical education and leadership activities
• Provide family-centered neonatal care in a community-focused healthcare setting
• Engage with a team of four Neonatologists and 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage

What You Need:
Required:

• MD/DO Medical Degree with current South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Residency training completion in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Ability to manage a high-acuity NICU environment independently

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to family-centered, academic-supported neonatal care
