What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with 36 beds and an average daily census of 26 patients
Manage advanced neonatal therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Total Body Cooling
Collaborate with subspecialty support teams such as Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology
Participate in patient care coverage, including potential call and weekend duties
Engage with a multidisciplinary team of 5 neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
Contribute to community and hospital initiatives that promote high-quality neonatal care
What You Need
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Valid medical license in Kansas or ability to obtain
Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and advanced therapies
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
