What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with 36 beds and an average daily census of 26 patients
• Manage advanced neonatal therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Total Body Cooling
• Collaborate with subspecialty support teams such as Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology
• Participate in patient care coverage, including potential call and weekend duties
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of 5 neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
• Contribute to community and hospital initiatives that promote high-quality neonatal care

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Valid medical license in Kansas or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and advanced therapies
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
