- Shift: Combination of 8 and 24-hour shifts on a 7-week rotating schedule
- Hours/Week: Approximately 170 hours/month

- Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology; medical license in KS recommended
- Experience: Preferred Neonatology experience; new fellowship graduates considered

What You'll Do- Provide in-house neonatal care at a Level-III, 60-bed NICU
- Cover approximately 170 hours/month with rotating shifts
- Offer in-house call coverage with backup from home
- Manage a diverse caseload, supporting high-risk newborns
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including residents and nurse practitioners
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
- Support hospital’s mission through compassionate, evidence-based care
What You Need- Valid medical license in Kansas (or eligible)
- Board Certified or eligible in Neonatology
- Recent Neonatology fellowship graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic hospital environment
