What You’ll Do
Evaluate and manage adult and geriatric outpatient neurology patients
Diagnose and treat common neurological conditions such as headaches, seizures, neuropathy, movement disorders, MS, cognitive disorders, and post-stroke follow-up
Review diagnostic imaging, lab results, and medical records
Order appropriate tests and prescribe/manage medications
Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, and the neuroscience team
Document patient encounters efficiently using Cerner/Oracle Fusion EMR
Provide consistent, high-quality outpatient neurology care across multiple locations
What You Need Required:
Valid, active New Jersey medical license
DEA and NJ CDS registration
BLS certification
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
Ability to provide outpatient general neurology coverage consistently
Willingness to rotate among Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton, and Atlantic City locations
Preferred:
Experience managing complex neurology cases and evaluating diagnostic imaging
Strong communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment This position supports a growing neuroscience program serving communities throughout southern New Jersey. You will work with a multidisciplinary team in outpatient clinics across Atlantic County, providing essential neurologic care while facilitating seamless patient access and care continuity. The schedule offers stability and flexibility with rotation among multiple practice sites, making it an ideal opportunity for professional growth and community impact.
