- Schedule: 3-4 clinic days/week, approximately 12-14 patients/day, with dedicated OR days and shared call rotation (1 in 4)
- Experience: 3+ years of OB/GYN practice preferred
- Licensure: VT Medical License required
- Shift/Hours: Flexible, with access to hospital for surgical procedures and obstetrics
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $280,000 - $360,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note this is a placeholder; competitive salary discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
- Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgeries
- Provide obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries and backup support for midwife-led births in a birth center setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse midwives, nurses, and medical assistants
- Participate in a manageable on-call schedule (1 in 4 rotation)
- Support women’s reproductive rights within a state that emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered care
What You Need:
- Medical degree and board certification/eligibility in OB/GYN
- Vermont Medical License (or eligible to obtain)
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience preferred
- Strong procedural and surgical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
