• End Date/Duration: Permanent
• Shift: Clinic 3-4 days/week, 12-14 patients/day; OR approximately 3 days/month; shared call (1 in 4 rotation)
• Hours/Week: Flexible, based on schedule
• Employment Type: Full-time, at-will
• Licenses/Certs: Valid medical license in Vermont; Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience: Preferred prior OB/GYN practice experience

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity
• Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consultations from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and assist in minimally invasive surgeries
• Participate in obstetric deliveries, including VBACs, water births, and epidurals
• Maintain surgical volume with access to modern operating rooms
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and midwives
• Engage in evidence-based practice within a supportive community setting
• Contribute to a long-standing, stable practice committed to women’s health

What You Need:

• Valid Vermont medical license and current OB/GYN certification preferred
• At least 2 years of OB/GYN practice experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
