Pay & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity

What You’ll Do:
- Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
- Manage gynecologic consults and perform office-based procedures
- Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
- Maintain surgical volume with access to state-of-the-art operating rooms
- Support a birth center offering VBACs, water births, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services
- Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including deliveries
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and staff
What You Need:
- Medical license in Vermont; Board Certified/Eligible OB/GYN physician
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Commitment to evidence-based women's health care
