Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (based on actual pay structure)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, including prenatal care, deliveries, surgeries, and outpatient visits
• Collaborate with certified nurse-midwives and multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in a shared call rotation (1:6)
• Work at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital with a Level II NICU and MFM support through the University of Cincinnati
• Maintain a patient-centered approach in serving the Cincinnati east-side community
• Contribute to a collegial, expanding women’s health program with growth opportunities
• Engage in professional development and mentorship as part of a dedicated team

What You Need:

• Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
