What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological services
- Perform gynecological surgeries, utilize advanced surgical technology (robot-assisted systems)
- Conduct inpatient hospital rounds and coordinate patient care with hospitalists and specialists
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff
- Document all clinical activities accurately, adhering to hospital protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach efforts
What You Need
- Missouri medical license and board-certified or eligible OB/GYN credentialing
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates considered
- Strong surgical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and professional skills
