Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at $425,000 annually, guaranteed for 2 years, plus productivity incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000

- Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month (for recent graduates)

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN outpatient and inpatient care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum management
- Conduct gynecological exams, surgeries, and preventive health services
- Manage inpatient hospital rounds or coordinate care with hospitalists
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists from St. Louis Childrens Hospital
- Utilize advanced surgical technologies, including robotic-assisted systems
- Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital outreach
- Support after-hours care through shared call scheduling
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
What You Need:
- Medical license in Missouri; board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN
- Prior experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
