• Competitive annual salary in the range of $458,000 - $508,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert ENT care with a focus on otology and hearing programs, including cochlear implants and BAHA systems
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of audiologists, PAs, and nurse practitioners
• Manage a diverse patient population at a modern ambulatory surgery center and outpatient clinics
• Participate in shared call responsibilities, ensuring work-life balance
• Support trauma center services and subspecialty clinics in head & neck oncology, sleep medicine, and laryngology
• Utilize the Epic EMR platform for patient documentation and care coordination
• Engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities

What You Need

• Active medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Minimum of 2+ years of practice experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to excellent patient care and professional growth
