What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders
• Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures at multiple facilities, including advanced sinus and robotic surgeries
• Maintain a mixed practice of general ENT and subspecialty care, including areas like neurotology, facial plastics, or sleep surgery based on your expertise and interests
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of audiologists, advanced practice providers, and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage patient volumes averaging 25-30 patients daily across clinics and hospital settings
• Develop and grow subspecialty service lines tailored to community needs and your interests
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational growth efforts

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (MD or DO)
• Strong surgical and clinical skills; experience in sinus surgery and subspecialties preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care
