365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible PM&R Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Schenectady, New York.

Position Snapshot
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $270,000
- Incentives: Up to $50,000 in quality bonuses
- Schedule: Daytime hours
- Call: No overnight call (covered by internal medicine team)

Advanced rehabilitation technology includes:
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient PM&R care
- Manage complex rehabilitation cases including:
- Brain injury
- Stroke
- Spinal cord injury
- Amputee rehabilitation
- Orthopedic and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Support patient recovery and functional outcomes
- Participate in program development and growth
Academic & Growth Opportunities

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification (prior to start)
- Clean malpractice and license history
