What You’ll Do

• Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for adult patients with diverse mental health disorders
• Manage medication plans, including pharmacotherapy and involuntary commitments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting 99 beds across the facility
• Document patient care using Wellsky EMR
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
• Participate in a supportive, team-oriented environment

What You Need
Required:

• Current Delaware medical license or eligibility
• BLS certification
• Experience with inpatient psychiatric treatment, including involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy

Preferred:

• Experience with anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, trauma-related, or substance use disorders
• Familiarity with inpatient psychiatric settings
