Requirements:
Licensed or eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical license
BC/BE in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine
Experience with outpatient pulmonary management and procedures preferable
Proficiency in EMR documentation (Cerner or similar)
Pay & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary: $500,000
Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 Year 1 & 2)
Paid time off: 5 weeks
CME allowance: $5,000
Relocation assistance: $10,000
403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
What You’ll Do:
Provide outpatient pulmonary care for adult patients
Perform pulmonary procedures such as thoracentesis, chest tube placement, and central line insertion
Manage ventilator support and critical care needs in a hospital-based setting
Collaborate with inpatient teams and hospitalists for comprehensive patient care
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and order management
Participate in outpatient clinic workflow and patient follow-up
What You Need:
Valid Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
BC/BE in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine
Experience in outpatient pulmonary management and procedures
Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
