Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive salary discussed upon interview)

What You’ll Do:
Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division at a leading Michigan facility
Oversee and grow a specialized reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
Deliver outpatient fertility care, including diagnostic assessments and advanced fertility treatments and procedures
Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program development initiatives
Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate on strategic planning
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional standards
Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient responsibilities
Participate in call coverage and weekend rotations as scheduled
What You Need:
Medical license in Michigan and board certification in REI (not open to candidates with lapsed certifications)
Significant clinical experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient reproductive services in a high-demand setting
