Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive salary discussed upon interview)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division at a leading Michigan facility
• Oversee and grow a specialized reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
• Deliver outpatient fertility care, including diagnostic assessments and advanced fertility treatments and procedures
• Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program development initiatives
• Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate on strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional standards
• Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient responsibilities
• Participate in call coverage and weekend rotations as scheduled

What You Need:

• Medical license in Michigan and board certification in REI (not open to candidates with lapsed certifications)
• Significant clinical experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
• Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient reproductive services in a high-demand setting
