Pay & Benefits:

• Pay package: base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week, with wRVU bonuses (total up to $500,000/year)
• Additional Compensation: $50,000 signing bonus, up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• Loan repayment options available
• CME & Board Certification: $5,000 annually
• Paid Time Off: 248 hours (vacation, holidays, CME)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the Wellness Park facility
• Create a personalized work schedule based on your preferences
• Manage a patient panel across diverse age groups
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical and surgical specialists
• Participate in weekly on-site CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
• Use Cerner EMR integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Engage in teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees
• Leverage Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert
• Benefit from full hospitalist support for inpatient needs
• Contribute to ongoing practice improvements and patient care strategies

What You Need:

• Medical license in Ohio
• Prior outpatient rheumatology experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a team-based environment
