What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions via physical exams and diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT)
• Develop individualized treatment plans combining surgical and non-surgical options
• Perform a variety of orthopedic surgical procedures, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care, ensuring safety and optimal recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as part of the orthopedic team
• Maintain accurate patient records documenting evaluations, treatments, and surgical outcomes

What You Need

• Medical license in good standing
• Extensive experience in orthopedic surgery and techniques
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills for engaging with patients and team members
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced orthopedic procedures and current surgery techniques
