What Youll Do:
Diagnose, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for orthopedic conditions using physical exams and diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT)
Perform a range of orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
Provide pre- and post-operative patient care to ensure safety and optimal recovery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as primary care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation specialists
Participate in rotating on-call coverage as part of the orthopedic service
Document evaluations, treatments, and surgical outcomes accurately and timely
Stay current with advances in orthopedic surgery and apply evidence-based practices
Engage in ongoing professional development, conferences, and workshops
What You Need:
Valid Vermont medical license and Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery (or eligible)
Minimum of X years of orthopedic surgical experience (preferred)
Proficiency in modern orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
Commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and professional growth
