What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for orthopedic conditions using physical exams and diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT)
• Perform a range of orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care to ensure safety and optimal recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as primary care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation specialists
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as part of the orthopedic service
• Document evaluations, treatments, and surgical outcomes accurately and timely
• Stay current with advances in orthopedic surgery and apply evidence-based practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development, conferences, and workshops

What You Need:

• Valid Vermont medical license and Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery (or eligible)
• Minimum of X years of orthopedic surgical experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in modern orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and professional growth
