Pay & Benefits

• Pay: Base salary starting at $600,000+ (plus signing bonus and stipends)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment over five years; signing bonus of $50,000; monthly residency/fellowship stipend of $2,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care, including consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists within a multi-disciplinary team
• Conduct inpatient hospital care and participate in call rotation for both clinic and hospital coverage
• Use Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Lead or support patient education and care coordination efforts
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
• Engage in teaching or mentoring advanced practice providers and staff

What You Need

• Required:
  • Medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • J1 visa sponsorship eligible candidates only
  • Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements
• Preferred:
  • Experience in general or specialized orthopedic procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
