Quick Facts

• Location: Findlay, Ohio
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date/Duration: Full-time permanent position
• Shift: 2 clinic days, 3 surgical/procedural days, 10 night/weekend call shifts per month
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40-50 hours

• License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Experience: Open, from new graduates to experienced surgeons

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 years), $550,000 (4-6 years), $600,000+ (7+ years)
• Bonus: Up to $75,000 annual bonus potential
• Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000
• Benefits: Generous vacation (176 hours/year), sick leave (120 hours/year), 11 paid holidays, CME allowance of $7,500, retirement plan options, and university faculty appointment
• Additional: Total compensation potential over $600,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a comprehensive vascular surgery program
• Perform advanced open and endovascular procedures for conditions like aneurysms, carotid disease, limb salvage, and dialysis access
• Manage vascular conditions through medical therapy and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and interventional radiology
• Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care
• Participate in program expansion, including recruiting additional staff and transitioning to hybrid OR
• Educate and advise patients and families on treatment and prevention
• Engage in institutional service and teaching activities
• Serve as a clinical faculty member at The Ohio State University (assistant or associate professor)

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
• Experience in both open and endovascular surgery

Preferred:

• Leadership experience in vascular care
• Experience with program development and expansion
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
