Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 years), up to $600,000+ (7+ years)
• Bonus Potential: Up to $75,000 annually based on performance
• Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000
• Paid Time Off: 176 hours vacation + 120 hours sick annually; 8 paid holidays

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a community-based vascular surgery program in partnership with The Ohio State University
• Provide comprehensive vascular care, including open and endovascular procedures
• Manage vascular conditions such as aneurysms, carotid artery disease, and limb salvage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in cardiology, radiology, and other specialties
• Supervise advanced practice providers and educate trainees, students, and staff
• Participate in program growth initiatives, including recruitment and future facility expansion
• Deliver patient-centered care, focusing on quality, safety, and wellness
• Maintain responsiveness to referring physicians and contribute to institutional service

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery
• Experience in both open and endovascular techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Prior leadership or program development experience
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinical environment
