What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions (e.g., kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, urinary infections)
- Perform surgical procedures in a fully equipped operating suite, including preoperative planning and postoperative care
- Provide hospital and ER consultations in collaboration with colleagues
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care strategies
- Document medical encounters accurately, adhering to policies and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
- Engage in light call schedule and collaborative team-based outpatient care
What You Need
- Board Certification or eligibility in Urology
- Valid medical license for Vermont
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
