Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: pay package is discussed upon application)
• Salary Range: $550,000 - $610,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urological care to adult patients
• Perform diagnosis and surgical treatments for urological conditions
• Collaborate with a team of four experienced urologists and support staff
• Participate in hospital call rotation for consults and emergencies
• Utilize advanced DaVinci XI robotic systems for minimally invasive procedures
• Document patient care using Epic EMR system
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and team-based care
• Contribute to shaping high-quality urology services in the community

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Colorado
• Board-certified or eligible in Urology
• Key surgical and clinical skills in general urology

Preferred:

• Prior hospital and robotic surgery experience
• Ability to support visa candidates is considered
