What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct psychological assessments for diverse patient populations
  • Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Support program development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and trainees
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies


What You Need:
  • Valid Texas psychologist license (or eligibility)
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant clinical experience
  • Proficiency in psychological testing, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Preferred: Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish)
