Pay & Benefits
Salary: $75,000 $110,000 annually (commissioned on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

What Youll Do
Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and care provided accurately in medical records
Delegate appropriate treatment tasks to PTAs and supervise their work
Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on injury management, prevention, and self-care
Support hospitals mission by maintaining standards of patient safety and quality
Mentor and guide students or new staff as needed
Participate in community education and outreach programs
What You Need
Required: Michigan state license in physical therapy
Preferred: Outpatient or acute care experience
Key skills: Strong assessment and communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, proficiency with clinical and documentation systems
Additional requirements: Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and mobility tasks, with or without corrective devices
