What You'll Do:- Assess and provide direct patient care in the ER setting, ensuring optimal outcomes.

- Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments adhering to policies.
- Educate patients and families about disease management and wellness.
- Advocate for patients, offering emotional support and respectful care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Stay current with medical best practices through ongoing professional development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
What You Need:- Valid RN license in New Hampshire or willing to process?ng to NH.
- Prior ER nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines.
