Please Note: This opportunity is intended for candidates who reside more than 50 miles from the facility. Applicants living within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for consideration for this position.
Shift Differential: Earn an additional $4.00/hour for night shifts, plus an extra $2.00/hour for weekend shifts. Weekend night shifts are eligible for both differentials.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor & Delivery team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide individualized, patient-centered care to mothers and newborns while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes throughout the labor and delivery process.

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients throughout their stay.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while maintaining patient safety and infection control standards.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the patient care team during assigned shifts.
- Promote a safe, collaborative, and patient-focused environment while supporting quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
