What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct patient care including assessments, care planning, and interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
  • Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and document patient progress
  • Administer medications and treatments following protocols
  • Educate patients and families about disease management and preventive care
  • Triage patient calls and coordinate care as an Office Nurse
  • Support a safe, compliant, and compassionate healthcare environment

What You Need:
  • Valid RN license in New Hampshire
  • BLS (AHA) certification
  • Prior clinical or behavioral health experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain high-quality patient care standards
