What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct pediatric nursing care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with hospital policies and protocols
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and health promotion strategies
  • Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress
  • Support the emotional and physical needs of pediatric patients and their families
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and hospital policies
  • Stay updated on current pediatric care standards through ongoing professional development
What You Need
  • Valid RN license in New Hampshire
  • ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
  • Prior pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Strong patient advocacy and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
