Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $1.00 (please note, actual pay will be discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
  • Independently perform respiratory care procedures, including advanced, invasive, and non-invasive therapies.
  • Interpret physician orders and assess patient needs to deliver appropriate treatments.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapies, adjusting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize respiratory care plans.
  • Respond promptly to changes in workload or patient condition.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to other healthcare team members regarding respiratory care.
What You Need
Required:
  • NBRC Certification (RRT or CRT)
  • Valid Kansas Respiratory Therapy license or eligibility
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in hospital settings, including critical care units
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
