What You’ll Do
  • Provide respiratory therapy procedures including invasive and non-invasive treatments
  • Interpret physicians’ orders and assess patient needs
  • Evaluate patient responses to therapies and adjust treatments accordingly
  • Respond promptly to changes in workload and patient condition
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to optimize patient care
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient progress
What You Need
  • Valid NBRC certification (RRT or CRT)
  • Kansas Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility
  • Prior experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
