What Youll Do
Provide respiratory therapy procedures including invasive and non-invasive treatments
Interpret physicians orders and assess patient needs
Evaluate patient responses to therapies and adjust treatments accordingly
Respond promptly to changes in workload and patient condition
Collaborate with clinical team members to optimize patient care
Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient progress
What You Need
Valid NBRC certification (RRT or CRT)
Kansas Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility
Prior experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
