What Youll Do
- Administer respiratory therapies including ventilator support, BiPAP/CPAP, and medication delivery
- Perform Arterial Blood Gas sampling and analysis
- Assist with pulmonary function testing (PFT) as trained
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide critical and acute respiratory care
- Train and support other team members in respiratory procedures
- Ensure equipment is maintained and used properly
- Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly
What You Need
- Valid and current Respiratory Therapist license or certification (RRT preferred)
- Minimum of 1+ years of respiratory therapy experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of respiratory equipment and procedures
