Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $28.90 $41.00 (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000
- Shift Differentials: Additional pay for nights, weekends, and overtime

What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to a diverse patient population
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Assist in triage, admissions, and disposition decisions
- Support patient and family education and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You Need
Required:- MD/DO board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Valid Michigan medical license
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- 1+ years of emergency medicine experience (preferred)
Preferred:- Experience working with diverse populations (youth, adult, older adults)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
