Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care in accordance with regulations and facility policies
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident responses
• Update and review care plans, ensuring they reflect residents’ current needs
• Support staff training, conduct performance evaluations, and assist with staff orientation
• Document all nursing activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR/EMR)
• Respond promptly to resident health changes and coordinate necessary interventions
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

What You Need:
Required:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of nursing theory, medical asepsis, and safety procedures
• Willingness to work the night shift

Preferred:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records
