Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $34.00/hour
Night Shift Differential: $1.75/hour (starts at beginning of shift)

What Youll Do
Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily nursing activities for resident care
Administer medications and treatments accurately, including monitoring vital signs and glucose checks
Update and review care plans in coordination with physicians and nursing staff
Assist with resident assessments, documentation, and reporting changes to supervising RN
Support physician rounds, procedures, and specimen collection as needed
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other staff
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
Valid PA RN license
BLS certification
Ability to pass employment physicals
Knowledge of medical asepsis, body mechanics, and resident personal care
Preferred:
Previous nursing supervision or leadership experience
Strong communication and observational skills
Ability to handle emergency situations independently
