Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $33.90 – $45.25 (based on experience)
• Salary Range: $70,512 – $94,120 annually (based on 40 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population from newborn to geriatric
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using critical thinking
• Manage cardiac monitoring and respond to urgent patient needs in a rural ED setting
• Document care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to improve patient outcomes
• Independently manage patient care, demonstrating strong nursing judgment
• Educate patients and families on health management and crisis prevention

What You Need:

• Current RN license in New Hampshire
• ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum of 2+ years in Medical/Surgical and cardiac monitoring
• ED experience required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a rural healthcare setting
