What Youll Do
- Conduct intake assessments for adult clients, documenting needs and service preferences
- Gather information from clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Utilize motivational interviewing and person-centered planning techniques
- Develop safety plans tailored to individual circumstances
- Refer clients for further evaluations or services as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision and team meetings
- Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and assessments
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, ethical standards, and organizational policies
- Support clients goals toward resilience and well-being through compassionate care
What You Need
- Valid Michigan LMSW license
- 1+ years of experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to client-centered, ethical practice
