Shift: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM, 12:00 PM 10:00 PM, 8:00 PM 6:00 AM (3 shifts to choose from)
Hours/Week: Variable based on shift schedule
Employment Type: Locum/Contract
License/Certifications: Valid Emergency Medicine Certification (ABEM/BEEM or ABFM/ABIM with EM experience), ACLS, ATLS (at least once), BLS, PALS
Experience: 1-2 years preferred

Pay Rate: $300/hour plus paid travel expenses (for eligible shifts)

What Youll Do
Provide emergency care to a diverse patient population at Longview Regional Medical Center
Manage approximately 2 patients per hour, with support from comprehensive backup specialties
Collaborate with hospital staff and team members to deliver timely, quality care
Document patient encounters accurately in Medhost EMR system
Participate in shift handovers and quality improvement initiatives
Support hospitals trauma level III emergency department operations
Cross-credential at Longview FSED to support extended care capabilities, if applicable
What You Need
Active ABEM/BEEM or ABFM/ABIM certification with EM experience
Valid ACLS, ATLS (at least once), BLS, PALS certifications
1-2 years of emergency medicine practice preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
