• Shift: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm; some evenings/weekends may be required
• Hours/Week: 35-40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Licenses/Certifications: Michigan state licensure in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Experience: Preferred 1+ year in outpatient mental health settings

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $27.22 – $39.67 per hour, dependent on licensure (full license or limited license)
• Agency Placement Fee: 25%

What You’ll Do

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy for adult clients
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Document clinical services and progress in compliance with agency policies
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case consultations
• Complete required training in mental health and co-occurring disorders
• Assist in discharge planning and client follow-up

What You Need

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Valid Michigan state licensure (full or limited license)
• At least 1 year of outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
