Perm - Social Worker (LMSW) - Outpatient Days | Southgate, MI

  • Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:30 am – 7 pm; Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm; Saturday 9 am – 1 pm (flexible schedule; some evenings/weekend hours possible)

  • License/Certs: Valid Michigan LMSW license required
  • Experience: Preferred experience in outpatient mental health and co-occurring substance abuse treatment

Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $27.22 – $39.67 per hour (dependent on licensing and experience)

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop client treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and support staff
  • Document clinical activities and progress notes accurately and timely
  • Maintain licensure and adhere to ethical standards
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
  • Assist with discharge planning and ensure documentation compliance
  • Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Meet contractual and agency requirements for client care

What You Need:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Valid Michigan LMSW licensure
  • 1+ years experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
