• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in similar supervisory or clinical roles in IDD or mental health settings

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff, ensuring quality care and compliance
• Oversee daily operations within the IDD program, including crisis management and documentation review
• Manage staff hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and discipline
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities
• Maintain case documentation, treatment records, and ensure staff credentials are current
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training
• Collaborate with community partners, funders, and departmental teams to coordinate services and resources
• Monitor program metrics and ensure adherence to funding requirements and quality standards
• Support person-centered planning and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

What You Need:

• Full licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC in Michigan
• 3+ years of supervisory or clinical experience with IDD or related populations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and regulatory standards
