Setting: Community Mental Health / Outpatient Program Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00PM Flexible Schedule: Some evenings and weekends as needed.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Work Supervisor to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of a community mental health program. This leadership role provides clinical supervision, operational oversight, and support to multidisciplinary staff while ensuring high-quality behavioral health services and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Supervise the daily administrative and clinical operations of the program.
Ensure quality patient care and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Support efficient service delivery to clients and community partners.
Clinical Supervision:
Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to program staff.
Assist with crisis intervention and provide after-hours support when needed.
Promote evidence-based practices in behavioral health treatment.
Program Management:
Monitor program performance and prepare operational reports.
Maintain accurate documentation and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
Client Care:
Support individual, family, and group behavioral health services.
Utilize sound clinical judgment in crisis situations.
Foster a culturally competent and patient-centered environment.
Requirements:
Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Counseling
Licensure:
Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP License (Full Licensure Required).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
Community Mental Health (CMH) experience highly preferred.
Strong crisis intervention, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
