• Pay Rate: $35.60 - $48.17 per hour, dependent on licensing and experience

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all administrative and clinical functions of the outpatient mental health program
• Ensure quality delivery of services to clients and partner institutions
• Support staff with clinical supervision and mentorship
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and compliance with regulations
• Provide crisis coverage after hours as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Required:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • Valid Michigan licensure (LSW, LMSW, or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience, including supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Preferred:
  • Experience in outpatient mental health settings
  • Knowledge of adult mental health treatment protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
