Pay & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $26.00 $32.00 per hour

What Youll Do- Receive patient specimens from phlebotomists and couriers; operate a mobile delivery van if needed
- Conduct waived laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, and coagulation
- Ensure quality control of tests and instruments; troubleshoot issues as needed
- Accurately enter patient data and test results into lab systems
- Perform blood collection via venipuncture and capillary methods
- Log requisitions and process specimens efficiently
- Monitor STAT testing to meet turnaround time goals
- Maintain inventory and documentation compliance
- Follow all safety and quality protocols; record quality controls and test data
- Perform maintenance on laboratory instruments and troubleshoot problems
What You Need- Valid relevant license or certification in laboratory or medical testing (preferred)
- Prior experience in a laboratory or point-of-care testing environment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds; comfortable working in a mobile/lab setting
- Willingness to drive and perform specimen collection at various locations
