What Youll Do- Travel to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations to perform mobile XRay exams using digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
- Capture clinically diagnostic, technically competent XRay images and transmit them to radiologists for interpretation.
- Perform EKGs (if applicable) and transmit findings to cardiologists.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of XRay and EKG equipment.
- Unload, set up, and pack portable imaging equipment at various facilities.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, management, and healthcare staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company vehicles and equipment.
- Complete all exam-related documentation and billing paperwork as per protocol.
What You NeedRequired:- ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology
- Valid state licensure in California or the ability to obtain it
- Experience with portable digital and computed radiography equipment
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift and push/pull equipment weighing up to 50-100 lbs (with accommodations and safety procedures)
Preferred:- Prior experience in mobile radiography and EKG services
