What You’ll Do

• Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform diagnostic X-rays at various healthcare settings
• Ensure clinically diagnostic, technically competent images for physician interpretation
• Unload, set up, and take portable equipment into facilities or patient homes
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of X-ray equipment and vehicles
• Assist with scanning exam paperwork and billing documents
• Communicate professionally with facility staff, dispatch, and management
• Perform EKGs (if applicable) and transmit results for interpretation
• Support facility needs with flexibility and professionalism

What You Need

• Valid Radiologic Technologist license in California
• Certification through ARRT or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience performing portable X-rays (recommended)
• Ability to handle physical demands, including pushing/pulling equipment and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
