What You’ll Do:
  • Perform diagnostic X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) equipment at various healthcare facilities and nursing homes
  • Process and submit images for radiologist interpretation efficiently
  • Unload and set up portable X-ray equipment on-site
  • Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results for interpretation
  • Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and functionality
  • Adhere to safety, privacy, and compliance protocols
  • Document procedures accurately and manage billing paperwork
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, management, and healthcare teams
  • Provide excellent patient care and support in varied environments
What You Need:
Required:
  • Maryland state Radiologic Technologist license
  • CPR certification (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs with assistive tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:
  • Prior mobile X-ray experience
  • EKG certification
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

This position involves providing mobile radiology and EKG services at multiple facilities including nursing homes, healthcare agencies, and correctional facilities. The focus is on delivering high-quality, diagnostically valuable images in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Work is varied and requires flexibility, professionalism, and technical proficiency.
