What You’ll Do

• Perform portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) X-rays at multiple facilities
• Ensure images are diagnostically adequate and submit for radiologist review
• Operate and maintain portable X-ray equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform EKGs and transmit results for interpretation
• Verify exam paperwork and billing documents daily
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, facility staff, and team members
• Maintain vehicle and equipment integrity
• Prioritize and manage multiple imaging appointments across facilities
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards

What You Need
Required:

• North Carolina Limited Radiology Technologist license
• CPR/BLS certification
• 2+ years mobile X-ray experience
• Ability to perform and process diagnostic images
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capable of handling physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs)

Preferred:

• Experience performing EKGs
• Knowledge of radiation safety and patient positioning
• Ability to operate portable X-ray equipment in confined or complex environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
