We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Kingsburg, California. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and occupational therapy needs

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs

• Provide skilled OT interventions designed to improve independence and quality of life

• Address activities of daily living, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and other areas affecting independence

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies

• Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes

• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Strong organizational and clinical skills

• Previous SNF experience is a plus, but not required

• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
