We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Fremont, CA. This permanent opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, making it an excellent fit for an OTA looking for stability and work-life balance.

Consistent Monday–Friday schedule

Work closely with OTs, PTs, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
Provide occupational therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist patients with improving functional abilities and independence in daily activities
Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide therapeutic activities focused on mobility, coordination, strength, self-care, and functional performance
Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely
Communicate patient responses and progress with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic techniques and strategies
Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful treatment environment
Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations
Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
New graduates are encouraged to apply
