We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our permanent team in Riverside, California.
This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, making it an excellent choice for a clinician who wants a rewarding career while maintaining a predictable work-life balance.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, safety, and continued progress
Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and help them work toward meaningful functional goals
Maintain compliance with professional, regulatory, and facility standards
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
