We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our permanent team in Riverside, California.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, safety, and continued progress

• Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and help them work toward meaningful functional goals

• Maintain compliance with professional, regulatory, and facility standards

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
