We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Buhler, Kansas. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Participate in care planning and communicate patient progress effectively
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and recommendations
Promote patient safety, independence, communication, and overall quality of life
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for Kansas licensure
ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
Prior professional SLP experience required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
